3. Do not
interfere or disorder the network service.
4. Users
must obey all agreements, provisions, procedures and conventions
of the network service.
Users must promise they would
not transfer any illegal, interfering, libelous, abusive,
intimidatory, harmful, vulgar and obscene information.
Moreover, they can not transfer any data abetting
others in crime, those giving a loose rein to disadvantages of
the country and involving national security and those not in
accordance with the local laws & regulations, national
